ANASTASIA’S STORY

Hi. I’m Anastasia and I’m part of Lizzie’s team. This video tells the true story of what happened to me, and my family, when I was 17. I wanted to film this video to make people aware that unfortunately bad things do happen, but that there are ways you can prepare for them so that your family is looked after as best as they can be. It’s horrible when someone get’s left alone, but you can help by making sure they at least have some financial support should that happen. LUKAS’ STORY

Hi. I’m Lukas and I’m part of Lizzie’s team. I’ve been doing this job for a long time. Sometimes it’s hard because people think that Life Insurance sales people are pushy and are trying to sell people something they don’t need, but for me it’s worth it for when something bad does happen to someone who has bought a policy from me and I hear that the policy has paid out and that the family is OK. EMILY’S STORY

Hi. I’m Emily and I’m part of Lizzie’s team. I love the fact that my job helps people to protect their families, especially when we can find solutions for people who have been unable to get protected before. It’s a great feeling when someone tells me how happy and relieved they are because we have taken a real worry away from them. SAM’S STORY

Hi. I’m Sam and I’m part of Lizzie’s team. Part of my job is looking after our customers when they are making claims. Lots of people think that Life Insurance companies try to find ways of not paying out on claims so it’s not worth getting a policy in the first place, but that’s not my experience. If someone is making a claim it means that something really bad has happened, so it’s our job to get them the help they need as easily as possible. The worst situation is when someone calls to make a claim only to find out that the person they thought was covered has decided to cancel the policy. That can ruin lives, leave people in real financial trouble and it’s very upsetting. Most of the time though the claim gets paid quickly and it’s lovely to hear how grateful people are.
